How about the Wealthy Affiliate? Is the support there?

When you are trying to start a new business, setting up websites and learning a new program, you want to know if you’ll get the help and support you need to be successful. Nobody wants to be left in the lurch at a critical time. How about the Wealthy Affiliate? Is the support there? This article is going to go into detail about the Wealthy Affiliate program, focusing on the community and support you will receive inside the program.

You will not be left in the lurch in the Wealthy Affiliate program. Let me explain!

Christmas Day? Support is there! 4th of July? Support is there! Your birthday? Support is definitely there, lol! I’m not kidding when I tell you that the support team works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There is no time that the support team is not available to help you with whatever issue you may be having.

Will you have issues? You may. I’ve been in the program a long time, and I’ve had two issues that required me to contact the support team. Each time I thought the sky was falling, lol. I was in the middle of something, and one of my sites wasn’t working properly.  I’m the type that, when I get going, I want to keep going, right then and there. I don’t want to wait until Monday morning when some office opens.  That’s why I love Wealthy Affiliate!

Inside the Wealthy Affiliate platform are two areas of support. First is the “official” Wealthy Affiliate Support Center, called the “HELP CENTER” on the platform. It’s right on the dashboard, and as soon as you experience a problem of any kind inside the platform or with your personal website, you just click on the Help Center!

Once you click on the Help Center, you’re given several choices as follows:

I’ll just go through these one at a time for you:

1) Site Support

The first one is the Site Support. This is where you need the technical guys. One problem I needed them for was I was not able to access one of my WordPress sites with “Babs” as the author, the only option that was popping up was “Admin” (which I hate, by the way, it’s so impersonal!). So I went to the Help Center and clicked on the Site Support option. This popped up.

You just fill out the form and submit, and literally within 30 minutes you will probably have a resolution to the problem. You get an answer through your private messages right away. Here is an example of a response I got through the Site Support:

As you can see, I was impressed with the speed in which the team handled my issue!

2) Live Chat

You don’t have to actually go through the Help Center to get to the Chat, it’s always streaming on the side panel on the dashboard, and there is a separate “Live Chat” button you can see there on the menu as well. Here’s a screen capture of the chat just to give you an idea of what it’s like.

One thing I can say about the chat is that when I post a question, I get a ton of responses, not only through the actual chat, but then people will private message you links and offers for help. It’s incredible. Here is another screen capture to give you an idea:

3) Ask a question

Here’s where you can post a specific question to the community. You can use this if you have a question about process or procedure or anything in your training.

4) Private Message

This is one of the ways you can access the Private Message area. You can also message from any person’s “page” as well. These messages only go between you and the person you’re sending it to; they do not display in the feed.

The search area

Another access area for help is the search area. Whatever you want to look up in the training area, or on the platform, you can find from the Search area. If you want to learn about Facebook marketing, all you have to do is type “Facebook marketing” into the bar and boom – tons of choices pop up:

If you want to find someone (like me!) you just type in their name. In this example, I typed in “Babsie” and I’m the top choice – BabsieRocks is my username in the platform. At the bottom is BabsieRocks2 which is a free account I set up to illustrate the sign-up process for my readers.

Let’s say you want to learn about Website Design, you just type it in the search bar like this:

Classrooms

Another area you can look up training in is under the Training tab under the Dashboard:

Here again, you just click on the training tab and you’ll be taken to the training area. You can search for courses right here in the training area:

You can see on my training area, it shows the training that I’ve completed, but let’s just search a topic in the training area. Let’s try SEO, everyone’s favorite topic:

As you can see from the results, there are a multitude (over 100) courses you can choose from that have to do with SEO. This is just the top rows of the results. You could just keep scrolling and scrolling, it’s unbelievable.

Conclusion

I think you are beginning to see that the Wealthy Affiliate program offers support and assistance in a myriad of ways to the members. Keep in mind that the Starter membership offers the first two classrooms (about 10 classes), the search function, the Help Center, but you would need to be Premium for the Live Chat, Private Messaging, and the full array of training modules available within the platform.

That’s why I recommend once you have signed up and given the platform a try, if you really want to build a successful business using the Weathy Affiliate program, go ahead and grab your first Premium month for the discounted $19 (if you upgrade within 7 days), and then it’s only $49 a month after that going forward.
